I wonder how this is
I wonder if it’s “too good to be true”
It seems just like a fairy tale
I’ll be ‘the guy’ who’s just met his queen–you
..I’ve only just met you
Yet, I feel like I’ve known you all along
You bring me so much warmth, so much happiness
You know just how to bring that smile to my face
At first, I thought it was merely ‘for now, right now’..
A fleeting moment in life..
But, I’ve come to like you so much now
So, even though I can’t see what awaits me tomorrow
And even though you seem an entire world away..
I’m going to be here, breathing and waiting..
Waiting for the day that I see you
So that we can be..together..

Nice. Are you going for romance? It is going that way in the begininng and then it kind of goes away. Was she a dream ir you actually met her? I think it’s good.

Hi Will! After scrolling through the seemingly never-ending NBA posts, I came across this breath of fresh air! Good work. I’m partial to emotional peices…I write the best when my emotions are high, whether happy or sad. 🙂
